All orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days
(excluding items on pre-order and items made-to-order). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. WE CAN NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST ORDERS SHIPPED THROUGH THE STANDARD SHIPPING METHOD.
Since this method doesn’t offer a tracking code, it is impossible for us to ask for updates on that order a tour post office.
All orders are shipped from Portugal via CTT Correios or from our suppliers. Therefore handled by the buyers' local post office.
Our general policy is to offer returns on most items within 30 days of shipment.
We will not accept refunds or exchanges on items 90 days after it has been shipped. While it is rare, there are unfortunate cases that your items are damaged or defective upon delivery. If this does occur, please do not hesitate e-mailing
us to discuss your replacement or refund options.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging to ensure our ability to resell that item.
