All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days, with exceptions for items on pre-order and those customized to order. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the subsequent business day. Upon completion of processing and shipment, a confirmation email containing delivery details will be sent to you. Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for lost orders dispatched via the standard shipping method. As this method does not provide a tracking code, we are unable to request updates from the postal service regarding the status of your order. All orders are dispatched from Portugal via CTT Correios or directly from our suppliers, and are subsequently handled by the recipient's local post office.
