All orders are shipped from Portugal via CTT Correios or from our suppliers. Therefore handled by the buyers' local post office.
Our general policy is to offer returns on most items within 30 days of shipment. We will not accept refunds or exchanges on items 90 days after it has been shipped. While it is rare, there are unfortunate cases that your items are damaged or defective upon delivery.
